TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

All orders are deposit 30% after confirming everything. The Balance amount will be paid upon receiving copy of Bill of Lading via email.
The quoted unit price is FOB Ho Chi Minh City or CFR or CIF. Quotation is in US Dollars (US$).            

The unit price is based on Full Container Load (FCL) with standard packing: by fumigated pallet, brown carton or PE bag. Packing types at seller choice to be sea and air worthiness, different packing required by customers might be incurred extra charges. Please discuss with us for your packing choice, if any.

The unit price is subject to change upon buyer’s specific requirements relating to sample inquiry, color labelling, special packaging, quality testing, etc.

The unit price is applied in case of mixing maximum 6 designs per FCL, if over a premium rate will be applied.

Cancellation:

Once confirmed orders cannot be cancelled or changed in any way. In the event that the shipment is refused, the customer will be responsible for a 50% restocking fee on the entire order. 

Returns:

Purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.

Color tolerance:

Tolerance for color variations is 5%. For accuracy in seeing samples of colors and finishes, we will send sample of color swash via Courier for you checking and signing on.

Weight and dimension tolerance:

All of our products are handmade, therefore product dimensions may vary by 2-5mm,. weights are estimated actual weights may vary by up to 10%.

Samples and production:

Samples fee are subject to reimbursable charges.

Samples and courier fee for sending out will be born at buyer or representative of the buyer unless being discussed as agreed between the buyer and the seller in advance.

Sampling lead time: 3-4 weeks upon receipt the deposit or confirmation from the buyer.

Customize sizes or shapes are subject to additional charges for moulding (if needed) or to be reimbursed if of which orders are placed.
