SHIPPING & CLAIMS

Shipping:

We do accept shipment by sea or by air.

Most of our products are exported under FOB Ho Chi Minh port or CFR; CIF with the port of discharged assigned by customer.

Nominated shipment: The buyer/importer will decide on the Carrier, Shipping Agent and do negotiate all details related to Freight, Free time at destination with the Shipping Agent.

Uniexim will inform customer the estimated cargo ready date. Information of the Shipping Agent need to be given to Uniexim at least 10 days before the estimated cargo ready date.

Freehand shipment:

Uniexim will decide on the Carrier, Shipping Agent. Sea Freight /Air Freight, Free time and other charges are informed customer in advance before proceeding the booking.

Claims:

Before shipping, our QC staff will thoughly inspect all packages and great care is taken to ensure that all of our products are adequately packaged. In some cases, damages do occasionally occur during shipping. If you found any damage when unloading cargo from container, please notify us in writing within 3 days after discovering the damage and prior to beginning any repair. The notice must include details and photos of the damages. We do recommend to take photos right after cutting the container seal, that would be the best way to us to inspect wherether the damagnes were causes.

Within 3 days after receiving the notice, Uniexim will do inspect the claimed defect. If, after inspection, we determines that the claims is in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we will produce new products as replacement. These products will be shipped on the next shipment or deduct the adequate amount directly on the Invoice as customer agreement.
